If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a site walkthrough. This allows us to delve deeper into the specifics of your project and discuss its feasibility. From there, we’ll move forward with the paperwork. Together, we’ll develop preliminary plans, solidify the budget, and establish a timeline—all detailed in our Preconstruction Services Agreement (PSA). A deposit, tailored to your project’s size, will cover essential aspects such as planning, materials, and permits.

Once all the details—plans, permits, budget, and timeline—are finalized, we’ll proceed with a construction contract. If you need more time to decide, no problem—the PSA package is yours to keep. Our primary goal is your satisfaction throughout the process, ensuring your project turns out exactly as you envision.

For longer projects, we understand that noise and disruption may require temporary living arrangements. We’re prepared for any unexpected challenges, with contingency plans and funds set aside.
