Hello, I’m Jeff Travis, the founder of Ecocraft Construction, where my passion lies in creating homes that truly feel like home. Growing up in the Comox Valley, I began learning the ins and outs early, assisting my dad with various projects around our home. I developed a deep appreciation for how each meticulous detail contributes to creating something remarkable.

Following high school, I pursued higher education at Vancouver Island University in Nanaimo, studying Biology and Psychology while also playing varsity soccer. During my summers, I immersed myself in construction sites, refining my skills and gaining a profound respect for craftsmanship. It was during this time that I decided to specialize in carpentry and obtain my Red Seal certification—a testament to my commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards and expertise.
Establishing Ecocraft Construction was a natural progression for me. Beyond simply constructing buildings, I focus on designing spaces where people can feel genuinely comfortable and content. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities for learning, and I’m dedicated to delivering superior craftsmanship in every project.
