Here at Ecocraft Construction, we understand that your house is more than just a place—it’s your present and future family’s home. That’s why earning your trust from the outset is our top priority.

To get started, reach out to us by phone or email—whichever is most convenient for you. We guarantee a response within 24 hours. From there, we’ll delve into your project needs to ensure we fully grasp your vision. During our initial conversation, we’ll cover everything from project scope and timeline to your budget. Our goal is to align with your expectations and deliver exactly what you envision.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a site walkthrough. This allows us to delve deeper into the specifics of your project and discuss its feasibility. From there, we’ll move forward with the paperwork. Together, we’ll develop preliminary plans, solidify the budget, and establish a timeline—all detailed in our Preconstruction Services Agreement (PSA). A deposit, tailored to your project’s size, will cover essential aspects such as planning, materials, and permits.

Once all the details—plans, permits, budget, and timeline—are finalized, we’ll proceed with a construction contract. If you need more time to decide, no problem—the PSA package is yours to keep. Our primary goal is your satisfaction throughout the process, ensuring your project turns out exactly as you envision.

For longer projects, we understand that noise and disruption may require temporary living arrangements. We’re prepared for any unexpected challenges, with contingency plans and funds set aside. Count on us to bring your vision to life. Feel free to visit the site or receive regular updates on our progress—we’re committed to ensuring your experience with us is exceptional.

I recently received a renovation quote from EcoCraft Construction, and although I didn’t proceed with the construction work at this time, I was very impressed with their service. Jeff was extremely professional, punctual, and clear in all communication. The quote provided was very reasonable and delivered on time with all the necessary details.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeff and the whole team at Ecocraft Construction were phenomenal to work with. We presented Jeff with a tough basement renovation project and we couldn't have been happier with the results. We were not able to be on-site throughout the renovation, but Jeff's professional and honest nature aloud us to relax and feel well taken care of. We also found his communication and transparency about pricing, and scope of work to be honest and thorough. Finding good contractors can be a very daunting task, so finding someone like Jeff who isn't pushy, and wants to make sure the job is done right makes the process all the easier. We would highly recommend Ecocraft to anyone looking at a future remodel or renovation.
